• Effectively manage/ensure the transaction processing, department activities and the required tasks are completed within the expected time frame and in accodance to the operating procedures
• Manage/ensure end-to-end processing, verifying and/or authorizing of transactions are accurate and efficient and in compliance to the internal controls/policies and to mitigate any operational risks that may result in operational failure/fraud.
• Manage and provide day-to-day support and advice in the department.
• Resolve any issues and provide support to the branches involving customer enquiries, investiations and problem solving.
• Timely reconciliation and submission of management/regulatory reporting.
• Maintain operational processes, consistency of operational support and delivery
• Responsible in reviewing operation procedures and processes
• Deep understanding of global remittance
• Working knowledge of Merchants Payables, Billing and Payments
• Experience with  Payment Platforms
• Coordination with external and internal partners establishing data feeds
• Experience designing balancing and data quality controls
• Reviewing all the the existing and new laws regarding AML and to ensure these are being adopted by the company
• Monitoring Business Relationships, , recording reviews and decisions taken about continuing or terminating trading activity with particular customers and monitoring the activity levels of the business itself
• Update existing AML manual according to law if applicable
• All other AML related works.

Key Candidate Requirements

• Work experience on Remittance business.
• ACAMS (preferable)
• Good knowledge of MS Office software.
• Must have experience in a Bank or Exchange House in the compliance Dept.
