Requirements
1. Communicate effectively with sellers and prospects via Voice.
2. Direct sellers to product information resources, including those available on the Internet.
3. Able to understand sellers\' requirements and work with them accordingly to assist in closing the Transaction.
4. Learn products to provide the most accurate responses to sellers.
5. Provide exceptional service as you respond to questions.
6. Respond to sellers in an expected timely manner and can manage multiple chat at a time.
7. Handle the problems of the seller and provide resolution as per the SOP.
8. Work and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure user queries are resolved in a short turnaround time.
9. Should be able to work in a fast-paced and busy environment.
10. Follow pre-defined SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and policies.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Candidates with O levels & A levels or Fresh Graduates.
- Language Proficiency: B1 or B2 English level.
- Relevant Skills and Experience: Ideal candidates should possess strong communication and analytical skills, with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
