| Job Description: |
We are looking for an “Shift Engineer- polymer/Chemical” for our PVC extrusion business located at Lahore.
An Ideal candidate will have hands-on management experience of managing plastic processing.
- The incumbent will be responsible for leading the overall shift structure of the production.
- He will be responsible for developing and implementing the SOP\\\\\\\'s and works closely with the factory team to ensure that the approved standards at the production floor level are implemented all the time.
- He also ensures that the production process is at optimum efficiency and at the defined quality level with all the relevant parameters monitored & recorded.
Key Areas of Responsibilities:
- Production planning and control

- Minimize product defects at customer end
- Human resource planning and management
- Training of new recruits
- Compounding and recipe control
