We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Medicare campaign. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, addressing inquiries, and assisting with Medicare-related information.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
•  Provide accurate information regarding Medicare plans, benefits, and eligibility.
•  Assist customers with enrollment processes, claims, and other Medicare-related services.
•  Resolve issues and concerns efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
•  Document interactions and follow up on unresolved cases as necessary.
•  Stay updated on Medicare policies and changes to provide current and relevant information.

Qualifications:

•  High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications related to healthcare is a plus.
•  Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment preferred.
•  Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
•  Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
