We are seeking a versatile Marketing & Design Specialist who can work remotely, managing a wide range of marketing activities from design to social media. While work hours are flexible, the ideal candidate will need to be available for collaboration during Houston work hours as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Design flyers, brochures, and other marketing materials.
• Manage and create content for our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to promote our services.
• Assist in phone marketing efforts when required to reach out to potential clients.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives.
• Ensure all marketing content aligns with our brand and company values.
• Collaborate with the team to implement new marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Experience in graphic design and the use of tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.
• Proficiency in social media management and email marketing tools.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to speak confidently over the phone.
• Creativity and an eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Prior experience in the construction or related industry is a plus but not required.
• Must be available for collaboration during US work hours when required.
