| Job Description: |
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy
- Create engaging content including posts, videos, and graphics
- Monitor SEO and user engagement, suggesting content optimization
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries promptly, and monitor customer reviews
- Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to improve performance
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and technologies
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media best practices
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g. Facebook, Google Advert)
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
- Solid understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Excellent communication skills
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
