We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our accounts payable functions, including handling bank reconciliations and bank payments. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bank Reconciliations: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records and resolve any discrepancies.
• Bank Payments: Process and manage all bank payments, including vendor payments and employee reimbursements.
• Invoice Processing: Review and process invoices, ensuring they are accurate and authorized for payment.
• Record Keeping: Maintain organized records of all transactions and communications related to accounts payable.
• Vendor Management: Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries and resolve any issues that arise.
• Reporting: Assist in preparing reports related to accounts payable and other financial matters as needed.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
• Experience: Prior experience in accounts payable or a similar accounting role is preferred.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
