Key Responsibilities
Operational Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Implement operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Sales Performance
- Drive sales growth by developing and executing local marketing strategies and promotions.
- Monitor sales performance against targets and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and supervise branch staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to team members.
- Schedule staff to ensure optimal coverage and service levels
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing excellent service.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Promote customer engagement through workshops, events, and community outreach initiatives.
Inventory Management
- Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock of health-focused products.
- Coordinate with suppliers to replenish stock and handle any discrepancies in deliveries.
- Implement effective inventory control measures to minimize waste and reduce costs.
Financial Oversight
- Prepare and manage the branch budget, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Monitor and report on key financial metrics, including sales, expenses, and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures, including cash handling and reporting.
Marketing and Promotion
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Utilize social media and community outreach to promote the branch and its offerings.
- Gather feedback from customers to inform future product development and marketing strategies.
Reporting and Communication
- Provide regular reports on branch performance to senior management.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure alignment on goals and objectives.
- Participate in regular meetings with regional management to discuss branch performance and initiatives.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Nutrition, or a related field preferred.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in retail management or sales, preferably in the health and wellness or consumer goods sector.
Skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on motivating and developing staff.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive business decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage customers and staff effectively.
- Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with inventory management software is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
