We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team, specializing in the UK Electric and Gas sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tele-sales, lead generation, and customer conversion, with excellent communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers in the UK energy market (electricity and gas providers)

• Explain energy plans, tariffs, and promotions to customers

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective persuasion and negotiation

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system

• Handle objections and provide solutions to customer queries

• Stay updated on UK energy regulations, market trends, and competitor offerings

Requirements:

• 2+ years of proven experience in call center sales (UK market preferred)

• Excellent English communication (neutral accent, clear pronunciation)

• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills

• Familiarity with computer skills (Excel, calling platforms, etc.)

• Ability to work UK business hours (evening/night shifts in PK time)

• Prior experience in the UK Electric and Gas sector is a big plus
