| Job Description: |
- Responsible for overseeing and leading the HR function within the organization.
- Managing and developing HR strategies and processes to ensure effective recruitment, talent management, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, and organizational development.
- Advise management on HR-related issues, such as performance, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness.
- Act as a liaison between management and employees to address concerns, resolve conflicts, and promote a collaborative environment.
- Develop programs that promote employee retention and overall morale.
- Identify skill gaps and develop training and development programs to enhance employee performance and career growth.
- Support leadership development initiatives and succession planning for key positions.
- Analyze HR data to provide insights into workforce trends, turnover, and other key performance indicators.
- Provide regular reports to leadership on HR metrics, including recruitment, retention, and employee satisfaction
