We are looking for dynamic and results-driven Tele Sales Executives with excellent English communication skills to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our services primarily to customers in the U.S. and Canada.

This is a night shift position ideal for professionals who are confident, persuasive, and motivated by achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers.

• Handle customer inquiries and objections confidently.

• Maintain accurate call records and update customer information in the CRM.

• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Follow up on leads and ensure a high standard of customer engagement.

Requirements:

• Fluent English (verbal and written) is a must.

• Previous experience in tele sales, call centers, or BPO is highly preferred.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Must be comfortable working night shifts (U.S./Canada time zones).

• Basic computer proficiency and good typing speed.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
