| Job Description: |
This is a full-time on-site position for a Student Counselor in Lahore. The Student Counselor will be responsible for providing professional guidance to students regarding overseas educational options, career paths, and study packages in various countries. Primarily, the counselor’s role will be to convert leads into mature business opportunities for the company.
Requirements
- Student Counselling and Career Counselling skills (experience preferred, but fresh candidates are encouraged to apply)
- Communication and Customer Service skills (in both English and Urdu)
- 16 years of qualification
- Ability to work collaboratively with students and educational institutions
- Strong interpersonal skills and empathy towards students\' needs
- As the Job Role entails business generation, the candidate should expect flexible business hours, which shall be awarded in the form of incentives and bonuses
