Job Description: |
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service by assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, live chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Resolve complaints, issues, and requests efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback in CRM systems.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments or managers.
Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
Work collaboratively with other departments (sales, technical, billing, etc.) to improve customer experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Proven experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Familiarity with customer service tools, CRMs, and helpdesk software is a plus.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
