Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our B2B sales team. The ideal candidate will support our sales efforts by coordinating sales activities, managing customer relationships, and ensuring a smooth sales process. This role is crucial in helping us achieve our goal of generating more sales and expanding our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in identifying and targeting potential clients.
  • Manage and maintain customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, and follow-ups with clients.
  • Prepare and distribute sales materials, proposals, and contracts.
  • Support the sales team in developing and executing sales strategies.
  • Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales coordination or a related role, preferably in the freight or logistics industry.
  • Previous call center experience is necessary.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Knowledge of B2B sales processes and strategies.
  • Please Note – This is a night shift on-site job, timings: 4:45 PM to 2:15 AM
