| Job Description: |
- Verify the posting of suppliers’ and petty cash payment vouchers of all centers into the General Ledger
- Posting of receipt vouchers and maintaining control on receipt record.
- Preparing monthly and quarterly accounts center wise
- Making liaison with Faisalabad and Lahore Offices to obtain regular Accounts position for Head office use
- Dealing with banks in connection with bank reconciliation, arranging deposits, collecting bank statements, arranging investments of surplus funds with approved banks.
- Making deductions of withholding tax from suppliers, teachers, examiners and other agencies bills and issuing relevant certificates to above, and depositing the taxes to Govt. Treasury in National Bank of Pakistan.
- Preparing monthly online EOBI challan of all the registered employees of the institute.
- Preparing statements in returns relating to employees salary and withholding tax.
- Assisting the chief accountant in the preparation of budget
- Preparing various information for chief accountant as and when required.
- Dealing with insurance company in case of health card up-dation and related matter
- Facilitating the work of Assistant. Accountant for accurate and timely postings.
- Assisting Chief accountant in the above matters as and when required.
- Assisting the chief accountant in maintaining register of fixed assets.
