| Job Description: |
We're seeking a proactive and well-connected Operations Lead to drive the production and supply chain efficiency for our women's clothing brand. If you have a strong background in apparel manufacturing, excellent vendor relationships, and a keen eye for quality and timely delivery, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Oversight: Regularly visit stitching and embroidery units to ensure the timely delivery of new product launches and efficient restocking of existing lines.
Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our current embroidery and stitching units, fostering reliable partnerships.
Capacity Expansion: Conduct ongoing market research to identify and onboard new embroidery and stitching units, strategically expanding our production capabilities.
Fabric Sourcing & Procurement: Perform market research for fabrics, manage regular purchasing from existing fabric vendors, and tirelessly seek out and qualify new suppliers to optimize cost and quality.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the women's clothing industry, particularly within the stitching and production domain.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and nurture strong connections with embroidery and stitching units.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines.
- Ability to conduct thorough market research and make data-driven decisions.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to operational excellence.
