We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, maintaining relationships with suppliers, and assisting in the overall operations of the textile indenting process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential customers for yarn and cotton yarn.
• Write professional and engaging emails for customer communications.
• Create weekly blogs to promote our products and services.
• Assist in order placement and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
• Manage and update customer records and sales data.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Experience in the textile industry is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and email platforms.
