We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented fashion designer with a strong understanding of contemporary loungewear and fusion wear. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing clean, modern silhouettes, selecting eco-conscious fabrics, and working with embroidery and minimal branding elements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design seasonal collections based on brand direction and market trends
• Create tech packs and detailed specifications for manufacturers
• Work with embroidery designs and minimalist print placements
• Collaborate with the founder and marketing team to align designs with brand story
• Source sustainable and high-quality fabrics
• Stay ahead of fashion and fabric trends

Requirements:

• 2+ years of fashion design experience (especially in fusionwear/loungewear/streetwear is a plus)
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design tools
• Strong understanding of garment construction and fabric behavior
• Experience creating tech packs and working with overseas manufacturers
• Knowledge of sustainable fashion practices is a big plus
• Passionate about fashion, minimalism, and sustainability

Nice to Have:

• Portfolio with previous work
• Familiarity with embroidery and screen-print processes
• Experience working with luxury or direct-to-consumer brand
