You will play a key role in building our online presence, driving customer acquisition, and supporting product launches for our books, Learning Management System, and AI-powered educational solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Marketing

  • Develop, publish, and manage engaging content (social media posts, blog articles, videos, email newsletters) aligned with Learning Well’s brand and campaigns.

  • Collaborate with designers and curriculum teams to produce visuals and copy.

• Social Media Management

  • Plan and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.

  • Monitor engagement, respond to inquiries, and grow our communities.

• Performance Marketing

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads) to generate leads and drive conversions.

  • Manage budgets, bid strategies, and performance reporting.

• SEO & Website Management

  • Optimize website content for search engines to increase organic visibility and traffic.

  • Work with web developers to update landing pages and improve user experience.

• Email Marketing & Automation

  • Design and execute email campaigns targeting schools, teachers, and parents.

  • Build and segment mailing lists to improve engagement and retention.

• Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze campaign metrics, website performance, and ROI.

  • Prepare regular reports and recommend improvements based on data.
