We are seeking a proactive and skilled Data Analyst to support our sales team by creating detailed Excel sheets, analyzing sales trends, and providing actionable insights to help boost overall performance. The ideal candidate should be confident in using Excel for reporting, have strong analytical skills, and be passionate about using data to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, maintain, and update Excel sheets to track sales performance, customer data, and targets
• Analyze sales data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities
• Work closely with the sales team to develop reports that improve strategies and increase revenue
• Create daily/weekly/monthly sales dashboards
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data to push sales
• Clean and organize raw data for reporting and decision-making
• Monitor KPIs and suggest ways to meet and exceed targets

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.)
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Good understanding of sales data and metrics
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
