The Customer Sales Representative is responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls, converting leads into sales, and achieving monthly sales targets. The role requires strong communication, persuasion, and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate and close sales.
• Convert inquiries into successful sales through effective communication.
• Maintain product knowledge and deliver accurate information to customers.
• Follow up with potential leads and maintain customer relationships.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Record customer data, call details, and sales updates in CRM/software.
• Resolve customer queries professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support the team in meeting overall sales goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum Intermediate; Bachelor\'s preferred.
• 2 years experience in telesales or CSR (Candidates with less than 2 years experience but with strong communication can also apply).
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Target-oriented with a proactive sales mindset.
• Ability to handle pressure and maintain performance.

The role follows a strict performance-based salary structure where full salary and incentives are released only upon achieving at least 80% of assigned targets. In case of underperformance, proportional salary deductions will be applied.
